Why pctrs
The picture comes first. Not the count under it, not the feed it fell into, not the ad beside it. Here a photograph gets a wall to itself, and the people who look at it are looking at it.
Then the display. A folio is a sequence you made, with something to say. A cabinet is your work in your order, in the light you chose. Curating is half of photography, and the half most places leave out.
And the tools. Every picture was made with something, and the locker keeps it: the bodies, the lenses, the ones you've retired. What you shot with is part of what you shot.
No ranking. No public numbers. Nothing sold to anyone. A quiet place for your pictures, and for the craft around them.
