pctrs.app is run by RFRMD Word Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we"). These terms are the agreement between you and RFRMD Word Labs LLC when you use pctrs.app or the pctrs app. Using either means you accept them.
Your cabinet
- Your photographs stay yours. By uploading one you let us store it, make smaller copies of it, and show it on pctrs to the people you have chosen to show it to, for as long as it is in your cabinet.
- Upload only what you made or have the right to share, and follow the house rules.
- You may download everything you uploaded, or delete your cabinet, from Settings at any time.
What is not allowed
- Anything unlawful, fraudulent, or meant to deceive.
- Spam, and anything that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights.
- Attempts to break into accounts, get around limits, or disrupt the service.
The service
pctrs, its design, software and name belong to RFRMD Word Labs LLC. We work to keep it available and your photographs safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. pctrs shows photographs; it is not a backup service, so keep your own copies.
Payments and membership
A free cabinet costs nothing. A year of support as a Supporter, Backer or Founder costs the price shown on the About page, plus any tax that applies.
A year is renewed where it was bought. A year bought on pctrs.app does not renew unless you turn on automatic renewal in Settings; with it on, the next year is charged when the current one ends, and you can turn it off at any time before then. When support ends, by refund or by a year running out, nothing is deleted, but your cabinet shows five photographs, the first five pinned and then the newest. The rest are kept for you, and links to them lead to what the cabinet still shows. They come back when you support again. Uploads pause while the cabinet holds more than five.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Purchases on pctrs.app are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
A year bought in the pctrs app for iPhone and iPad is sold by Apple and governed by Apple's terms. It renews through Apple until you cancel it in your Apple Account, and is refunded by Apple.
Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Ending
You can leave at any time by deleting your cabinet in Settings. We may suspend or close a cabinet for a serious or repeated breach of these terms or the house rules, for non-payment, or to stop fraud or a threat to the service or its members. Where we can, we tell you first.
